【皮膚健康與透亮，關於 #黑色素 之外的事】

多數人的直覺答案是：均勻、透亮、沒有斑。這些視覺上的期許，很直覺地以為黑色素就是唯一問題。但若把視線拉進真皮層，事情又會不一樣了。

韓國醫美在2024年市場大爆發，尤其是流水線的快速醫美形成主流。然則少數劣質診所缺乏專業的把關，尤其是只重視客戶消耗的效率所以在術前術後的準備照顧，還有醫生診斷評估上常常會出現問題。這一件事情並不是只有外國旅客醫美會發生，就連韓國本土以皮膚專業自居驕傲的皮膚科醫生們也是一個非常重視的議題。很榮幸代表台灣皮膚科醫師受邀在Koreaderma 韓國皮膚科醫學年會分享如何治療複雜肝斑以及發表自己研發的舒顏萃sculptra減齡三部曲治療方法論這幾年的經驗。不分國籍，讓我們一同重視皮膚健康。

In 2024, South Korea’s aesthetic medicine market saw a significant rise in rapid cosmetic procedures. However, some clinics, lacking proper oversight, focused on efficiency, compromising care quality. This concern is shared by Korea dermatologists.

I was honored to represent Taiwanese dermatologists at the Koreaderma Dermatology Conference, discussing complex melasma cases using picosecond laser combining vascular laser and presenting my “Sculptra Rejuvenation Brighture Trilogy” methodology.
