將「內感受」融入每一次下潛,邀請自己注意身體的溫度,感受面鏡下的壓力、海流的舞旋,聆聽氣泡的聲音,還有每一次吸吐時身體中性浮力的細微變化。當我的注意力安住在自己裡面,我感到更能照顧好自己,並安心享受海底的寧靜與豐富。
Decent with a new focus: embodiment underwater. 🤿I now use INTEROCEPTION to navigate each dive, noticing the sea water’s temperature, the pressure, and how my body responds to every in-breath and out-breath. This internal awareness has transformed my diving experience into a practice of anchoring and self-care.
