In November, Lois Steinberg's senior disciple, Becky Meline, will be returning to Taiwan! We are holding special workshops on asanas and Yoga Therapy in both Xindian and Beitou locations so don't miss out!

Tony老師和30多名來自全球的艾揚格瑜伽認證老師，一起完成了Lois Steinberg 老師2025年 Therapy Intensive的活動。在Lois老師的指導下透過艾揚格瑜伽的理療系統，幫助20多位身體有顧慮的艾揚格瑜伽練習者。很高興看到透過大家一起的努力，這些練習者臉上的笑容和身心健康狀況的改善。期待明年再相會!

Lois Steinberg 老師九月份的理療課程開放給有身體顧慮，可以前往美國Champagne Urbana参加理療課程的艾揚格瑜伽練習者報名参加。我們的Tony老師也會参加這個課程,幫助有需要的同學們喔！Lois Steinberg's September therapy intensive course is open to Iyengar yoga practitioners with health concerns and can trave to Champagne Urbana for a tailor-made Therapy program. Our teacher Tony will also be attending this course to help those practitioners in need!

We're still seeking student subjects for our upcoming Therapy Intensive September 20-26!
If you have a student with a condition that keeps them from attending regular classes, and who you believe would benefit from a week of yoga therapy instruction, please encourage them to apply or send us an email!

Besides our popular Body Care classes, we're also have new Tuesday "Foundations Combo" classes and and Friday evening Introductory classes (starting September 12) with Teacher Alie.
