⚠️DIVORCED BY HUSBAND BECAUSE OF BEING TOO FAT⚠️
The story seems to only exist in drama movies but it actually happened to one of our customers. Although she has given us permission to share her story, we would like to remain anonymous to protect her information.
She shared with us that she used to have a pretty and slim appearance, only about 50kg before getting married. But after giving birth to her first child, she weighed more than 80kg. She said when she was 6 months pregnant, her ex-husband once told her, ''I was happy with whatever you did when you were still slim. But now I feel sick whenever I see you". She burst into tears, "Those were nightmare days when I had to endure both the fatigue of the unpleasant symptoms of pregnancy and the disparaging words from my ex-husband. He used to be the person, I put all my trust in and gave everything to. Yet he said he left me because I was too fat".
She said she studied abroad in Manchester, England and worked in London with a good salary, but decided to return to Taiwan to marry and live with her ex-husband because she loved him so much. "That's a bastard. He once said he would pamper me and take care of me so that I would be fat, so I would forever be his," she angrily recounted.
Contrary to what her ex-husband had promised, her husband's attitude completely changed after she gave birth and gained 30kg. In the end, her weight gain caused to her ex-husband decide to divorce.
However, not only did she lose her marriage, but her overweight body also affected her health. She told us that she had lost all confidence because she was haunted by her previous thin image as well as the words her husband had said against her.
"I used to really like people's attention. But now I just want to hide somewhere," she said. Her joy, her son also began to make her feel sad when he began to learn to speak. "My son is very adorable. Sometimes he jokes that 'mommy is a fat woman'. Even though I know it is just the idle words of kids and he was innocent, every time I hear him say that, I still feel so hurt."
Unable to continue this situation for long, she decided to change herself. Through a friend, we were fortunate to help her. She shared that this was not the first time she tried to lose weight. She also exercised regularly every day and dieted extremely strictly to the point of fainting due to hypoglycemia but still did not lose weight effectively.
