“I am deeply inspired by my friends Geoffrey and LouAnn. Nine years ago, they first saw me on CNN when our Mwanza Community Emergency Response Project was featured by Dr. Sanjay Gupta. Since then, I have met them three times — twice when they visited Mwanza to learn more about our lifesaving projects.
Despite the seven-hour time difference, their connection and commitment to us have remained strong. Their hearts and prayers are always with us, and their love for our team and the people we serve is truly extraordinary.
They constantly check on our progress, support our cause through GlobalGiving, and leave encouraging notes that remind us to keep going. These messages inspire us and reaffirm that our work matters.
Their encouragement strengthens our dedication to our initiatives — the Street Medicine Project, Bisou Bailey Medical Dispensary, and Mwanza Community Response Project.
To all our friends and partners who take time to send us messages of support and appreciation: we value your commitment deeply. Your encouragement keeps us moving forward, and we are always honored to work alongside you.”
