Chicken cutlets
📖 Ingredients:
- Baton - 75 g.
- Cream - 150 ml.
- butter - 75 g.
- Chicken minced meat - 500 g.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- Paning crackers - 70 g.
- vegetable oil - for frying
🧑ational preparation:
1. Break the club's crumb into pieces and soak in cream. Cream should be liquid.
2. Melt the butter and cool.
3. In the bowl, mix the minced meat with a loaf, butter, add salt and pepper to taste, knead the stuffing with your hands well.
4. Cover a bowl of minced meat with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Next, form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and put on a board sprinkled with flour.
6. Fry cutlets in well -heated sunflower oil, on two sides, over medium heat. 5-6 minutes until golden crust. Fry under a closed lid.
