Meringue

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (one week fresh)
- 180 g of powdered sugar
- 1.50 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks immediately after taking the eggs out of the refrigerator, as carefully as possible. If even a little yolk gets into the protein mass, it will not curdle.
2. Beat proteins in a clean, dry bowl without even a drop of water or fat. Before whipping, whites should stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Thanks to this, the meringue base will be more airy.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue beating until thick foam is obtained.
4. Add lemon juice at the end so that the mass does not lose its volume. "The taste and appearance of the classic meringue will help to diversify vanillin, cinnamon, food extracts or flavors (only those that do not contain alcohol), food colors, cocoa, coconut shavings"
5. Put the finished mass in a cooking bag. You can get by with an ordinary spoon, but the dessert will not be as beautiful.
6. Preheat the oven to 80-100°C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form a meringue on it. "Baking meringue is possible in a microwave oven or slow cooker"
7. Put the baking sheet in the oven at the middle level for 1-1.5 hours. The smaller the meringues are, the faster they will be ready. No need to open the oven during cooking. Due to the temperature difference, the dessert may crack.
8. After cooking, turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the meringue inside until it cools completely for several hours. The finished meringue should easily separate from the parchment.

Ingredients:
Beef - 700 g
Noodles - 400 g
Onion - 2 pcs.
Carrot - 3 pcs.
Tomato - 3 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Water - 2 glasses
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion, carrot and pepper into strips. Fry the onion in oil until golden, add carrots and pepper, cook until soft.

Cookies with pieces of chocolate

Ingredients:
Soft butter - 100 g.
Fine sugar - 100 g.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Eggs - 1 large or 2 small
Flour - 150 g.
A pinch of salt
Baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
Dark chocolate - 100g.

Preparation:
1. Chop the cooled chocolate into small pieces.
2. Beat the softened butter with sugar with a mixer into a rich light cream. Add eggs, beat again.
3. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl. Add to the oil-egg mixture, mix with a silicone spatula.
4. At the end, add pieces of chocolate, mix again with a spatula.
5. Cover the tray with baking paper and spread the dough into balls using a tablespoon, leaving 5-6 cm of free space between them.
6. Bake in an oven heated to 180 C for about 8-12 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are browned. Cool and serve with cocoa or milk.

Salad with sour cream

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Canned saury (tuna, sardine) - 200-250 g
Pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.
Canned peas - 100 g
Mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:
1. Boil potatoes for 25-30 minutes, hard-boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and clean.
2. Drain the liquid from the canned food can. Mash the fish with a fork.
3. Cut cucumbers, potatoes and proteins into small pieces.
4. Put layers of fish, peas, potatoes, cucumbers, proteins in a bowl or on a plate through a ring. Add a little mayonnaise after each one. Sprinkle grated yolks on top.
5. Put the collected salad in the refrigerator for one and a half to two hours.
6. Before serving, if you want, decorate with greens.

Ingredients:
For 4 servings
Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove.
Dried oregano - ½ tsp.
Sea salt - ¼ tsp.
Black pepper - ¼ tsp.
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Red onion - ¼ head
Cucumbers - ½ pc.
Green capsicum - ½ pc.
Feta cheese - 120 g.
Olives - 16 pcs.

Preparation:
1. In a small jar, mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Close the lid and shake well to mix.

Samsa with meat

Ingredients:
Margarine - 250 g.
Kefir - 250 ml.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Flour - 550 g.
Pork - 400 g.
Onion - 2 pcs.

Preparation:
1. Grate margarine on a coarse grater in a deep plate.
2. Now add salt to it and pour in kefir. After that, sift flour into a plate and knead a homogeneous dough with your hands.
3. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
4. After 1 hour take out the dough and divide it into three parts. Roll out each of them thinly with a kitchen rolling pin.
5. Now, using molds or a cup, cut out identical circles.
6. After that, we put the meat filling in the center of each circle. We prepared it from minced meat, chopped onions and spices.
7. Now wrap the edges of the circle and form triangles in this way. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Grease each pie with beaten yolk. Send to bake in an oven heated to 180ºС for 35 minutes.
