Rye pies with chicken
π Ingredients:
- Rye flour - 120 g.
- Flour - 120 g.
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml.
- Water - 70 ml.
For filling:
- Chicken mince - 400 g.
- Onion - 70 g.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Yolk + milk - for lubrication
π§π»βπ³ Cooking:
1. Sift flour, add salt, oil and water. Knead the dough.
Cover with foil, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. In a frying pan with a minimum amount of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat and finely chopped onion until half cooked.
Salt and pepper before making pies.
3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, knead. Divide into 9 parts.
Roll into circles. Roll each circle into a layer. Lay out the filling.
Shape the pies into the desired shape.
4. Grease with yolk and milk. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment, put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 Β° C.
