Rye pies with chicken

πŸ“– Ingredients:

- Rye flour - 120 g.
- Flour - 120 g.
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml.
- Water - 70 ml.

For filling:

- Chicken mince - 400 g.
- Onion - 70 g.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Yolk + milk - for lubrication

πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ³ Cooking:

1. Sift flour, add salt, oil and water. Knead the dough.
Cover with foil, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. In a frying pan with a minimum amount of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat and finely chopped onion until half cooked.
Salt and pepper before making pies.
3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, knead. Divide into 9 parts.
Roll into circles. Roll each circle into a layer. Lay out the filling.
Shape the pies into the desired shape.
4. Grease with yolk and milk. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment, put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 Β° C.

- Flour - 120 g.
- Sugar - 20 g.
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - 70 g.
- Water - 20 ml.
- Apple cider vinegar - 5 ml.

For filling:

- Green apples - 2 pcs.
- Butter cold - 5 g.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp. l.

πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ³ Cooking:

1. In a bowl, grind flour with sugar, salt and cold butter until fine crumbs.
2. Add water with vinegar and mix until smooth in a bowl or on the table. Wrap the dough in parchment paper and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
3. Peel and core apples, cut into quarters and cut into thin slices.
4. Roll out the dough
5. Transfer to a corrugated tart dish. Press the dough firmly into the mold.
6. Dust the bottom of the dough with starch.
7. Lay out the apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Lay the pieces of butter on top.
