Steamed chicken cutlets

Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 400 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Potatoes - 1 pc.

Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
2. Coarsely chop the onion, garlic, and potatoes.
3. Put the meat and chopped vegetables in the blender bowl. Grind into minced meat. Add salt, pepper, mix.
4. Pour 0.5 l of water into the multicooker, put a container with holes, put cutlets. Put a slice of cheese on the meatballs and close the multicooker lid. Set the steam mode for 30 minutes.

ONION BUNS

Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 2 sheets
Red onion - 2 pcs.
Butter - 30 g
Salt to taste
Italian herbs - to taste
Honey - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into rings 1 cm thick.
2. Put the puff pastry on the table and cut circles out of it with a glass. The diameter of the dough should be slightly larger than the diameter of the onion.
3. Place dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Place onion rings on top, salt and sprinkle with herbs. Put small pieces of butter on top of the onion.
5. Put the buns in an oven heated to 200 C for 12-15 minutes.
6. Brush the finished buns with liquid honey.

Thin pancakes on sour milk

Ingredients:
Sour milk - 400 g.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Salt - a pinch.
Sunflower oil - 30 g.
Flour - 200 g.
Baking soda - a pinch.

Preparation:
1. Heat the milk slightly in the microwave. Pour into a deep dish. Beat eggs in milk, add salt, sugar, soda and vegetable oil. Beat the mass with a mixer until smooth. Mix the flour in a separate bowl. Pour flour into the dough in small portions and constantly mix the dough with a mixer so that there are no lumps.
2. After that, leave the dough at room temperature for 15 minutes so that it "seizes" well. Then heat the pan and grease it with sunflower oil before the first pancake. Pour half a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread evenly across the pan. Fry on both sides. You don't need to oil the pancakes anymore. Prepare the rest of the pancakes.
