Steamed chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 400 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Potatoes - 1 pc.
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
2. Coarsely chop the onion, garlic, and potatoes.
3. Put the meat and chopped vegetables in the blender bowl. Grind into minced meat. Add salt, pepper, mix.
4. Pour 0.5 l of water into the multicooker, put a container with holes, put cutlets. Put a slice of cheese on the meatballs and close the multicooker lid. Set the steam mode for 30 minutes.
