Currently, there are numerous softwares that allow the creation of stackable surgical guides, printing them from plastic or metal, milling from PMMA. These are all tools and materials that have become familiar and widely used in our dental market.

However, the true value lies in planning a working tool that enables the operation to be performed precisely or with minimal deviation from the plan. At the stage of permanent prosthodontics, approximately six months later, the desired result is achieved in terms of: emergence profile, occlusion, stability of soft and bone tissues, positioning of implant shafts, good lip support, and many other nuances that are established at the very first surgical stage.

Наразі існує безліч програм, у яких можна створити розбірні шаблони, надрукувати їх із пластику, щось виготовити з металу або відфрезерувати з ПММА. Це все інструменти та матеріали, які вже стали звичними і широко поширеними на нашому стоматологічному ринку.

Але справжня цінність полягає в тому, щоб спланувати такий робочий інструмент, який дозволить провести операцію точно або з мінімальним відхиленням від плану. І на етапі постійного протезування, приблизно через пів року, отримати бажаний результат щодо: профілю прорізування, оклюзії, стабільності м’яких і кісткових тканин, розташування шахт, хорошої підтримки губ та багатьох інших нюансів, які закладаються на самому першому хірургічному етапі.
