FOREIGN BODY IN THE EYE
Anything that falls onto the eye is a foreign body. Symptoms felt include tearing, redness, feeling of something in the eye, fearing to look in light and eye pain.
🔷An eye foreign body is removed by an eye specialist (With experience) under local anesthesia
🔷Apply a steroid-antibiotic eyedrop after removal of the foreign body
🔷 Don't attempt to remove the foreign body by your self ‼️

Do this to avoid contaminating your eyedrop medicine while applying it
🔷Tilt your head back and look up.

🔷With one hand, pull your lower eyelid down and away from the eyeball ( this creates a space on the lower eyelid)

🔷With the other hand, hold the eyedrop bottle upside down with the tip just above the space on the lower eyelid.

🔷 Squeeze the prescribed number of eye drops 💧 into the space on the lower eyelid.
