We look different from the day we met.

We changed.

We have postpartum muffin tops from carrying babies,
Dadbods from joining our partner in their late-night pregnancy craving ice cream.

We aren’t the same people that fell in love.

But we are knee-deep in this version of ourselves
because a baby doesn't fit neatly into our old life.

So, we fight more about dumb little things. We’re touched out and drowning in baby cries, tantrums, and mess. We resent each other. Our patience for each other isn’t as high as it used to be. And we get on each other’s last nerve more than we’d like to admit.

But we love each other more.

We lean on each other. We know each other and our family better than anyone else. We can give each other looks during our child's meltdown. As we're getting the kids ready for school, we can carry conversations from room to room. And we allow each other room to be imperfect.

No matter our shape, size, and mood, we feel more comfortable around each other,
and have grown stronger through our shared experience as parents.

So, yes, we look different.
We look better
because we are better,
especially when we’re together.

A mom knows.

She knows which of her daughter’s friends will smile to her face and talk behind her back.

She knows which of her son's friends are a bad influence by how he acts around them.

She knows which of her daughter's friends gossip about her.

She knows which of her son's friends will betray him in a minute for someone more popular.

It’s a gut feeling that comes from experience.

A mom knows.

💖 Celebrating the Wisdom and Love of a Grandmother💖

Grandmothers hold a special place in our hearts, and GrandmaZ is no exception. She’s more than just a grandmother; she’s the embodiment of wisdom, love, and strength passed down through generations.

✨ A Teacher and Guide – Grandma shares timeless wisdom, teaching us about life, love, and how to embrace the beautiful journey of motherhood. Her stories remind us that no matter the challenges, we are strong, capable, and resilient.

✨ A Nurturing Soul – Whether it's through her warm hugs or her comforting words, Grandma knows just how to make everything feel better. Her love is unconditional and her presence always brings peace.

✨ The Bridge Between Generations – She connects the past, present, and future, creating a strong family bond. The values she teaches become the foundation for how we raise our own children.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate the Grandmas in our lives for everything they do and all the love they continue to give. Their impact on motherhood is immeasurable, and we’re forever grateful. 💫💐

What do you know about ??
( Polycystic O***y Syndrome)
Pcos is a metabolic syndrome caused by hormonal imbalance.
-70% to 80% of women go undiagnosed, it takes quite a long time before being diagnosed with pcos
There are 4 types of PCOS
1. Insulin resistance (most women suffer from this type)
2. Adrenal PCOS
3. Inflammation
4. Post-pill PCOS (this is pretty self explanatory)
So some of the common symptoms to look out for
1. Rapid weight gain and trouble losing the weight
2. Irregular menstral cycle
3. Excessive cravings (carbs and sugar)
4. Hirsutism (hair growth on chin, back, chest)
5. Bloating
6. Excessive hunger even after meals
7. Mood swings, depression
8. Excessive fatigue and low energy
9. Cysts on ovaries (not all women)
10. Skin tags (especially around the neck and shoulders) some are hereditary.
11. Unexplained infertility

If you have 3 or more of the above, you MIGHT have PCOS. Talk to your doctor if you have 3 or more symptoms.
