Dear friends, we are happy to inform you that we finally finished setting up our main operating theatre for the Mase Medical Centre. Now we want to install additional equipment so that we are able to carry out surgical operations successfully. The items we need most are: stretcher; diathermy machine; resuscitation trey for both adults and children; more surgical tool sets of different types such as: scissor set, lap set , more hernia sets, two operating lights; and more surgical scrubs-- clothing for our doctors. Hello our friends it was great honour to present talkshow about sickle cell to over 40 districts in eastern Uganda and I spoke about it prevalence and genetic counseling before marriage and proper management of sicklers in crisis and after my speech received over 30 call backs via sebo fm radio , looking forward to go back next week , stay tuned
