are your body’s naturalpainkillers, helping to control stress and maintain emotional . They are released during close social bonding, exercise, or laughter, and can help you to feel happier, calmer, and more connected. They’re key to both physical and emotional health because they boost well-being and resilience. They act as a protective mechanism, enabling the body to
function despite pain. In short, emotional closeness can
reduce physical pain.

Seeing an ex-partner can reactivate emotional , in a similar way to how touching an old physical injury can cause pain. However, the brain heals and rewires itself, easing emotional pain.

Scientific research shows that is not just a metaphorical concept; it is a real neurological phenomenon.

Many don’t make it past January. 👀

A recent YouGov survey shows that 60% of people in
Germany stop pursuing them within the first few weeks of the
year. 27% give up immediately, 14% quit after only a few
days, and 19% stay committed for just a couple of weeks.⏰

Take care as an example: Many people don’t look
forward to visiting the dentist. Regular checkups are key to
long-term oral health. With January almost over, have you
already booked your dentist appointment this year?

Perfectionism and extreme are often praised 👉 but they can come at a cost.

Too much training or constant high effort without enough rest increases the risk of injuries and chronic health issues. The physical consequences go beyond normal soreness:

➡ Overtraining & system stress: Excessive physical effort can trigger Overtraining Syndrome (OTS), not just fatigue, but system-wide damage. Chronic inflammation can affects muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, immune and endocrine systems.

➡ Physical impact: Micro-tears in muscles, tendon and ligament strain, stress fractures, suppressed immune function, and slower recovery.

➡ Psychological impact: Perfectionism and relentless drive can also lead to stress, anxiety, burnout, and mental exhaustion.
Ambition is powerful, but without balanced recovery, it can damage both the body and mind. Smart training, adequate rest, and listening to your body are key to achieving
sustainable performance. 🙏

The number of calories burned through NEAT can vary
greatly from person to person: some people may burn
hundreds of calories, while others may burn over 1,000
calories per day just through everyday movement.

This makes NEAT a powerful contributor to metabolic health
and weight regulation.

may seem harmless, but spending long hours at your desk or on the couch can quietly harm your health. While smoking is still far more dangerous, sitting all day without movement can also increase your risk of blood clots, heart disease, cancer, and more. Many people don’t realize how harmful prolonged sitting can
be and health experts are working to raise awareness.

💡 Start small: take a short break to stand or stretch every 30 minutes. Your body will thank you!

Your is like your body's inner engine,
transforming food into energy and keeping your cells alive.

It powers everything from breathing to healing. When your
metabolism is balanced, your body runs smoothly, repairs
itself efficiently and stays in harmony. However, when
metabolism slows down, inflammation can increase, cells
receive less energy, and recovery takes longer, often
showing up as stiffness, fatigue, or pain.

Keep your metabolism active with balanced nutrition,
exercise, and rest: because is healing power. 👣
