How do you Forward Fold?

Standing?
With straight legs feet parallel, or wide angled legs?

Seated?
With straight legs parallel, wide angled legs, or in cobblers pose?

Maybe with a bolster or blocks? Maybe with a bind?

They’re all good.

Our bodies are different.
Our abilities are different.
What we need out of our practice on any given day is different.

There’s no one right way to strike a pose; but many as demonstrated by Sophia. So use the variation you’re feeling in the moment!

It’s a Yoga practice, not a yoga perfect. And we’re here to help with that. See you in class soon!

Women’s Elemental Circles: A Year of Seasons, Stories & Cycles is back with its Spring Circle: Tending the Fire on Saturday, April 25 from 1-4pm.

This spring, we gather around the fire to move. To shake loose what no longer belongs. To feel the warmth of your own becoming.

This circle is for the woman who senses a spark returning. Who carries a seed she hasn’t yet named. Who is ready to step into a new season of life. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, we follow Kapha season’s invitation: to ignite and tend our inner fire. Intentionally, tenderly.

Come as you are. Your fire is welcome here.
This ceremonial series invites women into a yearlong journey through the seasons, the elements, and the initiations that shape our lives. All female identifying bodies are welcome.
Each circle weaves together:
Storytelling + folklore (origin stories, archetypes, and myth as mirror)
Ayurvedic seasonal teachings + elemental balancing
Somatic practices for nervous-system regulation and embodiment
Slow, intuitive movement and rest
Guided Yoga Nidra for deep restoration
A facilitated sharing circle for witnessing, validation, and connectionThis series is not about fixing, performing, or becoming something new. It is an invitation to remember, to honor the seasons within you, and to be held in community as you move through them.

A multigenerational, consent-centered gathering. All female-identifying women warmly invited.Join us your way. Attend one or all sessions. Single session $35.Register at YogiUnion.studio

🌿 The Share Stand Is Back for the Season 🌿

Our community Share Stand is officially open again! Just in time to share seeds 🌱

This stand is part of the Grow & Give program through Kind Hearts Bloom — a simple way to share flowers, seeds, plants, and garden abundance with neighbors.

You are always welcome to:
🌱 Leave something
🌸 Take something
🍅 Share the harvest
💛 Spread kindness

This space is built on the idea that abundance grows when we share it.

“A gift economy nurtures the community bonds that enhance mutual well-being; the economic unit is ‘we’ rather than ‘I,’ as all flourishing is mutual.”

— Robin Wall Kimmerer, The Serviceberry
You might find cut flowers, extra seedlings, herbs, seeds, or garden produce — and you’re encouraged to add to it whenever you can.

Grow what you can.
Share what you can.
Take what you need.

Small acts of giving create beautiful communities. 🌼

BLOOM: Silence as Sanctuary Workshop
A Silent Spring Mini-Retreat · Held by the New Moon with Tina & Mimi

Join us for a half-day immersion designed to help you unplug from noise, release winter’s holding, and reset your nervous system as we cross the threshold into spring, held by the New Moon, a lunation of deep restoration, intuition, and renewal.

In a world that is productivity-driven and noisy, silence becomes your medicine. BLOOM is an invitation into a quiet refuge. Silence here is not rigid. It is warm. Spacious. Communal. A shared exhale.

You will move slowly through rest, breath + gentle movement, creative making, and quiet connection… contemplative practices that are supportive, nourishing, and unhurried.

BLOOM offers space to:
Unwind your system
Reconnect to inner rhythms
Seed intentions through presence

What you’ll experience:
🍃 A slow, spacious flow of practices you may move through intuitively -
🍃A grounding tea ceremony with fresh spring herbs
🍃Gentle movement to thaw and awaken the body
🍃Breathwork to invite vitality without force
🍃Yoga Nidra for deep nervous-system reset
🍃Quiet nooks for silence and rest
🍃A simple creative making practice with flowers + natural elements to anchor your intention
🍃Soft community connection — unhurried
You’ll be free to wander, linger, rest, or participate. Nothing is mandatory.

The feeling:
Sunlight through leaves (komorebi)
Warm tea in your hands
Flowers just beginning to open
A body that finally exhales

Bloom is for you if you’re craving:
A pause
A reset
Gentle renewal rather than transformation
A quiet re-entry into yourself and the season

Leave with:
A settled nervous system
A clear energetic reset
A sense of being quietly, deeply nourished

Silence begins upon arrival and is held through most of the retreat.
Silence is an offering; it’s collective but flexible
Silence allows the nervous system to rest more deeply and the day to unfold with less effort.

All are welcome.

$108. Discount for first 3 registrations.
