Cierra brings care and heart into everything she does. She truly loves the residents and the staff, and it shows in the way she approaches her work each day. For Cierra, being part of Primrose is about more than preparing meals—it’s about connection, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she serves.

She also shares that working at Primrose has been a meaningful learning experience. Through her role, Cierra feels she’s gaining valuable knowledge and growing both personally and professionally, which makes her time with our community even more rewarding.

Natasha is the kind of teammate who’s always willing to help in any way possible—and our residents truly think the world of her. Her steady, caring presence helps make our community feel clean, comfortable, and so very much like home.

“I love to help people. I get to help the residents do things that they can no longer do themselves. My mom always said that I needed to work with seniors or animals. If I didn't do this I would need a really big farm!”
