I’m Preston Morris, your local health and wellness provider with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, specializing in inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and home health. Throughout my career, my passion has been helping individuals regain their quality of life, but I always felt there was an opportunity for more—more support and guidance to maintain a pain-free existence. This quest for a deeper solution led me to the Stretch Mobility Coach program, which inspired me to establish my own business. With this specialized training, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve a pain-free life, allowing you to fully enjoy what matters most—whether that's playing with your grandkids, kicking the winning field goal, or chasing your dreams. I aim to offer my community a new perspective on health and wellness, teaching you how to live without pain or limitations. In my downtime, I enjoy 3D printing, woodworking, playing music, and spending quality time with my wife and our three adorable wiener dogs (I’d love to share photos if you’re interested!).
