Dear community members and partners,

Join your Regional Behavioral Health Community Listening Sessions to ensure our state’s behavioral health systems of care and recovery services are informed by community members like you, for the community. As part of the SB3 Behavioral Health Reform & Investment Act of 2025 (https://nmcourts.gov/the-behavioral-health-reform-and-investment-act-sb3/) these community listening sessions are your opportunity to share lived experiences, identify top priorities and make recommendations to inform the expansion of behavioral health services in New Mexico.

Who should attend? Everyone! Individuals with lived experience, family members, healthcare providers, educators, advocates, and youth. Your perspective, input and experiences will shape an equitable behavioral health system.

Our urgent care clinic is operating with limited services today. Patients will be screened by our nursing team to determine the appropriate level of care.

Thank you for your patience. Routine operations will be in back in effect Monday, March 16.

Dental Office will be closed tomorrow - Wednesday, March 11 & Thursday, March 12 due to mandatory training for staff. Normal operations will resume on Friday, March 13.

The Optometry Clinic will be temporarily closed again today, Monday, March 9, 2026.

Patients may still call the clinic to schedule or reschedule appointments. The Optometrist remains on leave and is expected to return tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Behavioral Health will be closed Monday, March 2nd and will reopen Tuesday, March 3rd.

Pharmacy If you have any questions or need a prescription refill, please contact us at 505-552-5394 or email pharmacydept@haakuhealth.org and leave a message. Our voicemail and email are being monitored.

Appointments
Any appointments scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026, will need to be rescheduled. Our Haak’u Health Center team will contact you directly to move your appointment to a new date as needed.

PRC Referrals This outage does not prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. While our office is closed, please call the PRC at 505‑552‑5343 and leave a detailed message that includes your appointment date and time.

If your medical facility is requesting a referral, please contact the PRC Supervisor directly at 505‑697‑8763, and a referral will be sent on your behalf.

Due to a water outage in the area, Haak’u Health Center will be temporarily closed beginning Wednesday, February 11, 2026. We hope to reopen by Friday, February 13, 2026 while the Pueblo of Acoma Utility Department works to restore service.
