Hello! My name is Moriah Lindsey and I'm a Reiki Practitioner in the Tulsa County. There are two things I keep in mind while creating a sacred, safe, and welcoming space for my clients:
1.) Everyone has a story.
2.) Everyone deserves to be met where they are, with love and kindness.

There's a Japanese art form that I've always been intrigued by. It's called "Kintsugi", which means Golden Joinery. When something shatters it's repurposed and held back together by true gold, filling its cracks, highlighting its imperfections while honoring its history.

That's what we do during a Reiki session. Kintsugi of the soul. You know, finally acknowledging your wounds, approaching them with love. Undoing the doing, forgiving the cause, and repurposing the pain by turning it into growth and personal power. And finally, filling the cracks with the light that comes from within you.

You were never broken.

"It is his own hurt that gives a measure of his power to heal". - Carl Jung

This one is meaningful to me. Carl Jung talks about how the healer is not meant to be fully healed. Instead of needing to be perfectly healed, their awareness of suffering gives them the ability to understand and help others.

The unhealed wound offers empathy, experience, and insight. Therefore, the pain is the gift.

As an energy healer, this hits deep. And this is something I talk about a lot in this space, because as a healer, I felt called to help others through the very struggles I've faced myself.

What I speak to others is what I've carried. And what I healed in others is what I've experienced. It can't get any more real than that!💚

What if I told you, "you didn't heal yourself. You just became a master at avoidance and in the art of bottling."

Healing doesn't take place in the same environment that made you feel unsafe. It doesn't happen in the depths of the noise you blare to fill the empty spaces that trauma left you with.

Healing happens in liminal spaces.
In that quiet moment, with minimal distractions. Where you can finally hear your inner mind, and feel your energetic body. That is a sacred time.

And whatever you find, approach it with love. Hold it for a moment. Understand where it's coming from. What does it have to say?

And finally, the hard part. We tell it, "thank you for keeping me safe while I was still surviving. But I don't need you anymore. I now release you."

The trauma from these experiences become stagnant energy, acting as a shield. I understand your pain. I understand that you're scared of being hurt again.

Let me help you remove the armor that's weighing you down. You're safe now.
You can see clearly.
You can speak freely.
You can love with grace and still hold boundaries.
You can know that you are worthy.
You can be creative and emotional.
You can feel grounded and safe.

You know that feeling that's like "I don't know what I'm going to do or where I'm gonna go... But I know this right here...

You know that feeling that's like "I don't know what I'm going to do or where I'm gonna go... But I know this right here is not what I want for myself anymore." ?

I had one of those moments just the other day, and thought "this would be the perfect time for Reiki and meditation."

Why? Because Reiki helps clear your path. Nothing attempts to pause your growth more than your own trauma and the limiting beliefs that are born from it. When you decide to book a Reiki Session, you're sending a message to the universe that says "I choose to heal. I choose to let go. I choose myself." And as always, she provides exactly what we want, and then some.

When you're in a meditative state and connecting with the Earth, your body's frequency syncs with the Earth's heartbeat (also known as the Schumann Resonance). That means you and the Earth, at the same moment, are vibrating at 7.83Hz.

The Earth is medicinal - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When you take a moment to lean into her for healing, she gives it. The Earth will always catch you.🌱

As my client received the Earth's Energy from below and the Reiki Energy from above, he was perfectly held in a sacred space between the strength to hold on to what matters, as well as the gentle will to let go of what no longer serves. This is where healing begins, because this is where the body feels safe.
