My work is for the women who grew up in emotionally unstable homes.

I know how hard it is to keep it calm, when it feels like that should be the easiest thing as a mom.

The truth is, our generation is one of the most stressed generations of moms to date. The US Surgeon General posted an advisory for parental mental health as a critical public health issue in 2024.
