Day 16: Update and Reflection on NO SUGAR WEIGHT LOSS JANUARY

I thought I was absolutely killing this challenge until I ate all my snacks and was out of everything and went 10 hours without eating trying to wait it out.

PSA, AIRPORTS HAVE THE WORST SELECTION OF NUTRITOUS ALLERGY FRIENDLY FOODS!!!!! There were no snacks on the planes without wheat in them 🥴

So here we go, NO SUGAR WEIGHT LOSS JANUARY until I hit my goals 💪🏽👊🏽

Day 11 of 31 and going strong 💪🏽

Don't make them an excuse.
No excuses because we got goals and we want what we want 💪🏽

For me, I want to look good naked in my own skin, not to someone else's standards but to mine! I want to be the decision maker.

Choosing movement even on slow winter days 🤍

Daily walks help stabilize blood sugar, reduce cravings, support digestion, and regulate stress…especially during a no sugar challenge.

Healthy habits don’t have to be complicated…sometimes it’s just walking and enjoying the ride.

Day 9 Update and pivots

Made a bone broth protein shake for breakfast. Didn't have my protein snacks for the flights but I pivoted in between flights 2 and 3 and grabbed some Archer bites from the airport.
Kept up with my hydration and electrolytes.
Made sure to take my herbs.
Lower on my protein goal than I'd like but we'll see what dinner brings.

Here's to crushing Day 9 because NO excuses!

Day 8 in the 📚 of 31

Here we are, a little brain fog but also more stress, not from the challenge, (I want to be honest but not divulge all my life's struggles until I'm ready) has entered the picture over here.

I'm a believer in looking for the lessons you can learn because after all, its about positivity and not negativity, right?!
