Hey, you! Feel like you are in a real life JAWS movie consistently? Then you likely aren't getting enough rest and digest mode or recharge mode.

Yep, we need recharge time just like your electronics.

Your nervous system needs priority or else your body will make it a priority by slowing you down and making you rest.

Seriously though, before you power through the next task, ask yourself: Am I just running on pure stress fumes?

When your body shifts into rest-and-digest, it actually allows proper digestion, absorption of nutrients, and calming of your nervous system and more—helping you recharge, repair and thrive.

So right now, I challenge you: take 3 deep breaths, let your shoulders drop, and give your body permission to rest.

Tonight, choose rest first—then drop me a DM if you’re committing to 8, 9 or 10 hours!

Before you hit the gym, are you skipping sleep?
Your body’s natural physiology thrives on 8 to 10 hours of rest.

Pushing through early workouts while sleep-deprived is a recipe for burnout, not progress.

Prioritize deep sleep—then build strength from a well-rested body.

Also this could be why you aren't losing weight or making the gains you want to.

What I observed in myself when I was a chronic workout-aholic was I was making gains and losing weight but also depleting my hormones and causing my cortisol to be insane.

2. Night sweats are not normal
3. Vaginal dryness is not normal

All of these are common but that doesn't make it normal.
