🌿 Coming Home: A Sound Bath & Guided Meditation 🌿
led by Melissa
A gentle, immersive experience that guides your body from stress into deep rest.
Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and an extended sound bath, we’ll:
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Release tension held in the body
✨ Reconnect to a sense of inner safety and ease

A little about your guide...
Melissa creates spaces where the body remembers it is safe, the mind learns to release control, and the heart opens to receive. Her work blends somatics, sound, quantum principles, and intuitive guidance to help people shift out of survival and into alignment. She teaches that manifestation isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you already are.

🗓️ Friday, Feb 20 | ⏰ 6:30 – 7:45 PM

💜 Come as you are. Leave feeling home.

✨ Anahata Flow ✨
A Valentine’s Qigong Experience 🩷
A special heart-centered pop-up offering.
This Valentine’s Day, we slow down and turn inward — toward breath, sensation, and the quiet wisdom of the heart.
Anahata Flow is a gentle Qigong practice designed to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and emotional balance through slow, intentional movement, guided self-massage, and deep rest.
Rather than pushing or performing, we practice listening.
Softening.
Reconnecting with ourselves from the inside out.
🗓 February 14th | 11:00–12:15 pm
✨ Open to all levels — no prior Qigong experience needed
Come as you are.
Rest. Breathe. Return to the heart 🩷

✨ Emotional Alchemy ✨
A 6-Week Kundalini Yoga Series
Cultivating emotional regulation as a life skill 🩷

In a world that constantly pulls at our attention and emotions, learning how to self-regulate isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.

Emotional Alchemy offers a practical, embodied pathway for working with emotions through breath, movement, mantra, and meditation. Rather than suppressing or analyzing what we feel, we practice meeting emotional intensity with steadiness, clarity, and heart.

Each week, Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditative practices will support you to:
• Calm and stabilize the nervous system
• Build resilience through stress and change
• Respond with choice instead of reactivity
• Create coherence between mind, heart, and body
• Cultivate emotional safety and self-trust

🗓 Tuesdays | 6:45–8:00 pm | Begins Feb 17th
✨ Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike
Come as you are.
Leave with tools you can use long after the mat is rolled up.
Return to the heart 🩷

💫 And a reminder: we still have one more class in our
Nervous System Reset: A 6-Week Kundalini Yoga Series — join us while you can.

Our vision

Each one of us has a unique gift to share with the world and all too often these gifts go undiscovered, depriving our world of untold treasures. The Anahata Schoolhouse aims to be a community place of discovery, where we can light upon and ultimately share our gifts with the world, benefiting us all. We believe this is an exciting way to create the world we truly desire, a way that comes from the heart. And so the Anahata Schoolhouse is a school for living from the heart.

We live in times where we are called upon to tap into our inner wisdom, the wisdom of the heart, to set our direction. We can no longer act like sheep, blindly following the expectations of others and the obsolete programs from our past. For us to listen to our intuition, the quiet voice of our heart’s wisdom, we still the mind so we can hear what our heart has to say.... and yoga/meditation serves as our tool kit.
