We’re welcoming the New Year with a refreshed class schedule and the Anahata Passport — a playful, motivating way to explore classes, teachers, and healing arts at the studio.
This year, we’re especially excited to support daily practice. With classes available every morning, you can build a rhythm that feels steady, nourishing, and realistic for your life — whether that means coming once a week or showing up daily.
🎟 How the Anahata Passport Works
You can pick up your Passport in the studio or at one of our free community classes at The Glen.
Each time you try an experience at Anahata, one of our teachers will give you a stamp in your Passport. Every stamp brings you closer to some pretty sweet rewards:

❄️ Winter Qigong Flow — Special Event ❄️

Join us for a grounding, revitalizing Winter Qigong Flow designed to support your body and energy during the colder, quieter months. This session blends gentle qigong, breathwork, and mindful stretching to dissolve tension, replenish vitality, and restore the natural flow of energy.

We’ll move through standing qigong practices that warm the body from within, followed by slow yoga stretches to release stagnation and ease the joints. Class closes with a deeply restorative savasana to help you settle and emerge feeling clear, balanced, and renewed.

✨ This event is also a beautiful introduction to our new Qigong Flow & Yoga class beginning January 1st, offered Thursdays 11am–12:15pm.

At our Anahata Community Dinner
6pm Monday, November 17th , we will honor and celebrate the life of Barb Bozek, a beloved member of the Anahata Schoolhouse family who passed away November 4th.
Barb brought her lively, joyful spirit into every corner of the Schoolhouse. She blessed our gatherings with her delicious homemade food, often inspired by her Polish heritage — fresh-baked bread, pies, and beautiful vegetable dishes that warmed both body and soul.
She practiced yoga and meditation and she was a familiar, friendly face in our yoga community. Barb will always be remembered for her easy smile, her kindness, and her gentle, supportive presence.
💛 Please join us on Monday 6pm as we share a potluck dinner, celebrate Barb’s life, and gather in the company of the nicest folks in the Berkshires.

Yoga is a powerful way to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect to inner peace — qualities that our Veterans so deeply deserve. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you are welcome here.

Our vision

Each one of us has a unique gift to share with the world and all too often these gifts go undiscovered, depriving our world of untold treasures. The Anahata Schoolhouse aims to be a community place of discovery, where we can light upon and ultimately share our gifts with the world, benefiting us all. We believe this is an exciting way to create the world we truly desire, a way that comes from the heart. And so the Anahata Schoolhouse is a school for living from the heart.

We live in times where we are called upon to tap into our inner wisdom, the wisdom of the heart, to set our direction. We can no longer act like sheep, blindly following the expectations of others and the obsolete programs from our past. For us to listen to our intuition, the quiet voice of our heart’s wisdom, we still the mind so we can hear what our heart has to say.... and yoga/meditation serves as our tool kit.
