🎯 MILESTONE ALERT! The lovely and amazing Amy Strutt joined Soulshine's 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ class club at Nina Amato's Saturday morning hot vinyasa class! YAHOO!!! Amy has been practicing with us since the beginning and has overcome injuries and a surgery to hit her HUNDREDTH class. Amy, we are so proud of your tenacity and resilience! 🔥💪 Keep shining, soul sister!!

🎉🎉🎉 WHOO-HOO!!! This morning Taylor Myer completed all of the requirements of Soulshine's Strength + Sculpt Teacher Training! She did a SUPERB job leading us through an INTENSE workout that she designed all by herself. 💪🔥 We are all excited to see her name on our weekly schedule in 2026! GREAT WORK, TAYLOR!!! 🔥🔥🔥For the last six weeks TanyaBryan Thomas has been working to fulfill the requirements of becoming a certified Soulshine instructor!! This week she did it - TWICE!! MONDAY MORNING our SOUL SISTER earned her certification in Strength + Sculpt and TONIGHT she earned her Barefoot Bootcamp certification! YAHOO!!! 🎉 We are SO PROUD of you and all the work you have put in, Tanya! 🫶

🎀November AND December’s Mission of the Month is adopting a local family in need this holiday season.

🎀Every Wednesday from 6:30 - 7:30 PM, SOUL FLOW is offered to the community. This is a faith-based, mission minded, free-will offering yoga class. All are welcome; no membership required. Space is limited.

🎀Register for Soul Flow at https://www.soulshineiowa.com/ Bring a mat, water bottle, sweat towel, and a friend!

🎀100% of monies collected at Soul Flow in November and December will go towards purchasing Christmas gifts for a local family in need. There is also a wish list posted at the studio.
