Over the last past several months it has been nothing short of amazing with this group so far. A small seed was planted and grew into something so big in this community and it continues to grow as of today. It is not just a run group, it is a safe space, a non judgemental zone, and sometimes a place to mentally decompress especially when the world around you gets too heavy. So with that, we encourage you all to join us and see for yourself because I can guarantee if you have joined us at least 1 time, you took something positive away and felt a little better after leaving. We hope to see you soon!

Get ready, get ready, get ready!! 🎉 Join us for the Family Fun & Wellness Festival this Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jim Battle Park in Adel. We are excited to sponsor this community event with Southwell.

Come out and enjoy field day games, a DJ, touch-a-truck with emergency vehicles, a 360 photo booth, community and health booths, free sno cones and food, and giveaways including $25 Visa gift cards every 30 minutes. You’ll also hear short talks and demos from local experts
and Southwell staff on topics like maternal health, diabetes, stroke awareness, nutrition, and more.

In honor of SSG Briand T. Williams, Juwuan Harris is partnering with We Run Adel to host the Run to Remember 5K 🇺🇸

This free community event is an opportunity to come together to honor sacrifice, remember our fallen heroes, and ensure their legacy is never forgotten.

Run. Walk. Ruck
