• A barn for the horse / new chicken coop

• Shed turned into a separate kitchen
• …and that “roadside” farmstand of dreams!

✨ December Declutter Challenge ✨
Is anyone else feeling the urge to reclaim a little space and sanity before the new year? 🙋‍♀️

I’ve decided to challenge myself to declutter one box or one bag of items every single day this month — big or small, just something OUT of the house. 🧺🗑️

Today, December 4, I donated a box and 3 bags = 4 days worth!

I’m curious…

🦃🦃Tell me - when YOU think of Thanksgiving, what kinds of foods do you think of?
What would you add to the list?

I always do/we always have:
•turkeys
•hams
•Mac & cheese
•stuffing/dressing
•rolls
•mashed potatoes
•gravy
•my SIL brings deviled eggs
•my MIL bring a broccoli, rice & cheese casserole & a cheesy potato casserole type dish
•my mom brings green bean casserole & an oreo cookie dessert.

I'll have tea, lemonade, & water.

We have disposable plates, utensils & cups bc I don't mind dishes but I'm not about to be doing all of those. 🤪😂

Throw back to picture of me last year going to load up the rolls to go bake them at our house bc 2 ovens was NOT enough since I had flipped a breaker while doing all the things 🤣
Ignore how I look - it had been a day & was on the final countdown to dinner needing to start so I was low-key flipping out 😜😂
Last year I baked 121 rolls (don't ask me how that extra one came to be, I've got no idea 🤷‍♀️) and after it was all said & done I think we brought home 2 dozen-ish bc people ate them & then took them home in ziplock bags 🤣

✨ Homemade Pine & Citrus Vinegar Cleaner ✨
Who else loves a good old-fashioned, natural clean? 🌿🍋🍊

This big jar has been slowly infusing — just vinegar, fresh pine needles, a few cones, and sliced lemons & oranges. After a couple weeks, it becomes a powerful, non-toxic vinegar extract that works beautifully for everyday cleaning.

Once it’s strained, I mix the infusion with a little Everclear & vodka to help it dry faster on surfaces and boost its cleaning power (hello disinfectant!).
Still simple, still natural — just even more effective. ✨

No harsh chemicals… just real ingredients doing real work.
And yes, it smells incredible — fresh, woodsy, and bright.
[There is a definite vinegar smell though, so don't be fooled]

It’s that time of year again — and I’m officially opening up Thanksgiving pre-orders for my fresh, long-fermented sourdough dinner rolls!
Soft. Golden. Pull-apart. Homemade with simple ingredients and tons of love. 🧡

And last year, so many of you told me they were better than Lambert’s rolls… which is the biggest compliment ever! 🙌💛

Price: $18 per dozen

Pickup / Drop-off Options:

Anyone else love foraging in the cooler weather? 🌿😄
Because apparently I can’t be stopped… even when my hands have been freezing.

Fun herbal fact of the day: mullein doesn’t die back in winter! 🍃❄️
Those soft, fuzzy leaves keep right on growing, just waiting for someone to come along and scoop them up.

I gathered a fresh batch yesterday while moving equipment and will be turning these beauties into a fresh batch of mullein leaf tincture — a cozy-season favorite for all things lung + respiratory support. 🌬️💛

Do you forage in the colder months too, or am I out here acting like it’s spring already? 😅
