Why I use the AO Scan when parasites are a concern

Steak & Quinoa Power Bowl

Nourishing. Balanced. Simple.

This bowl is packed with protein, healthy fats, and minerals to support energy, blood sugar balance, and overall wellness.

Ingredients

For the steak:
• 1 lb grass-fed steak (sirloin or flank)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried oregano or parsley

For the bowl:
• 1 cup cooked tri-color quinoa
• 1 cup broccoli (steamed or roasted)
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
• ½ cup cucumber (sliced)
• ¼ cup radishes (sliced)
• 1 avocado (sliced)
• Fresh cilantro or parsley

Optional dressing:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1 lime
• Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and set aside

Season the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat

Cook steak 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness)
