I started exercising again yesterday. Since Nick works dayshift now, I don’t want to leave the apartment before he does so that we get the extra time together which means there’s not much time before work for me to exercise. And before you suggest it, after work, I am overstimulated and emotionally exhausted so that’s not an option. Even though I can’t do much exercising, I realize that every little bit counts, and it doesn’t matter as long as I do it.
