Meet Ryan Knapp - Ryan graduated towards the end of 2025 and immediately got involved with the alumni group. He continues to offer service and inspiration.
Ryan says:

“Recovery to me has changed so many events in my life - spiritually, mentally, physical health and day to day living. I am blessed to wake up everyday with a job, family and friends. I never have to look in the rearview mirror of my life I continue to strive past every goal that's put in front of me. Doing the next right thing is what keeps me humble”

More often then not shes working behind the scenes. You wont always catch her at the house but I want to take a moment to recognize what goes on behind the scenes..

Every plan made, every decision that keeps this house standing strong traces back to one phenomenal woman who gives so much of herself often without being seen. Even when she isn’t physically here, her hustle never stops. Her work lives in the details, the structure, the stability, and the care that keeps everything moving forward.

True leadership isn’t always visible. It’s the late nights, the constant problem solving, the weight carried quietly so others don’t have to. It’s showing up in a thousand unseen ways so this house can continue to be a place of purpose, safety, recovery & community 🏡

Grateful beyond words for a boss whose heart, dedication, and sacrifice keep this house running even when no one is looking. 🖤 thank you for being YOU!

This past weekend a few of our alumni got to participate in the Just A Dad From Akron toy drive - it is so great to see our community come together to make Akron the best place it can be 🎄💛
