POWER PEDAL ELITE POWER PEDAL ELITE is a revolutionary indoor cycling program, combining both cardio and strength training. This ain't your momma's spinning class!

POWER PEDAL ELITE was founded by former NFL player and professional MMA fighter Bob Jones. He designed the program due to the injuries he has sustained over the years of wear and tear on his body. Once retired from the NFL, Jones took on professional MMA fighting and needed a way to remain in excellent physical condition. Running was no longer an option because of the injuries sustained to his knees. Other cardio equipment was boring and not enough to keep his cardiovascular conditioning where it needed to be. With examining the biomechanics of the body and 12 years of researching specific functional movement techniques, Jones has designed a program that transformed his body and kept him in peak physical conditioning. Others observed this program he was doing and joined in. People were seeing results from the program really quickly. The participants cardio output enhanced, their coordination improved, their muscular strength increased, and their bodies have transformed. POWER PEDAL ELITE became so popular that it needs to be shared.
