This is how I choose to start my day. What my cup has is different each day. Some days I need more comfort. Other days joy seemingly overpowers my spirit.

The cup all throughout Scripture is a symbol of our destiny, often representing the portion that was to be given to an individual — the cup is the plot in life that was before you, sometimes good and sometimes difficult.

Seems like this go around, the Get Healthy With Me Challenge seems 💯 mental. I don’t know about y’all but this is going the most to my my 🧠!! It’s all 😎 though. I thank God for relationships! It’s keeping me going for sure! Crazy to believe though that this challenge started 4/20 and I’m down 6 lbs 😳🧐🤯. Eating cleaner, walking, staying mentally 💪 @ Alabaster, Alabama

Yesss!! Thank you so much to everyone following me. It’s humbling to see people engage and I’m grateful to know that the context we provide provides inspiration or at least a good giggle every once in a while.
