Hello yogis!! Hope everyone is staying safe in the midst of Hurricane Sandy. Many studios are closed in the Capital Region so please check Facebook and websites or even call before heading out to class tonight and tomorrow morning. Here is what I know so far ~

SSYMCA is closed tonight
Estudio (both locations) are closed tonight
The Yoga Spa is closed tonight and if Ballston Spa schools are closed in the morning then my 9:30 Yoga Basics class is cancelled
