The CDRC will enhance, inform and assist recovering people and their families in improving their lives and changing their perspectives. It will be the preferred location for all the 12 Step recovery programs to hold their meetings, business meetings, workshops and social events. It will fill the current void of a centralized place for the Recovering community which has successfully operated independently for decades but will now benefit from a strong centralized location. The CDRC will become the ideal seminar and workshop destination for all practitioners specializing in recovery and addictions as well as Mindfulness programs. It will be a resource center offering independently contracted services that complement the recovery philosophy, such as addiction counseling, Reiki, yoga, and therapeutic massage to name a few. The CDRC will also become a referral resource for medical and health care professionals, law enforcement and the judicial system, and the general public. The CDRC will build on the roots of the existing recovering community by operating as a central location for continued development, advocacy, education and public policy: Reaching out in the community in a way that has never existed before. CDRC will become a model of excellence and will dignify the communities it serves.
