Now, reaching a major milestone in my goal of supporting the health, fitness, and well-being of our community, I'm leading a team of Certified Wellness Coaches who provide holistic health guidance for those seeking plant-based solutions for their health and wellness. Coaching people through a process of age reversal & disease avoidance using bio-feedback technology and cleanse & detox support is our focus at Mind Body Soul Health & Fitness. M.O.V.E.ment (motion optimizing vitality & energy) is supported with classes held weekly at The Studio.
