Lots of parents ask me what method I use in my sleep workshops and packages. My answer? It’s not one method. We focus on the science, the evidence, what’s developmentally appropriate, and create a plan that fits your family.

Is it cry-it-out? No. Will your baby cry sometimes? Yes — and that’s okay. The goal is building a trusting, responsive bond while helping your baby tune into their own cues.

💛 Moms, struggling to fit pumping into your day? Here’s a simple 1-hour power pumping schedule that can help boost your supply while keeping things manageable:

Sample Schedule:
🕕 6:00–6:20 PM | Pump → Relax, watch your baby, or your favorite show
🕕 6:20–6:30 PM | Rest → Hydrate, snack, stretch
🕕 6:30–6:40 PM | Pump → Hands-on pumping or gentle compressions
🕕 6:40–6:50 PM | Rest → Breathe, sip water, check in with your body
🕕 6:50–7:00 PM | Pump → Focus on comfort and connection — you’ve got this!

✨ Quick tips:

Stay comfortable with pillows or a favorite chair

Hydrate and enjoy a little snack

Use hands-on pumping to help fully empty your breasts

Enjoy this time for yourself and your baby 💛

If pumping has been uncomfortable or frustrating, your fl**ges might be trying to tell you something.

A proper fl**ge fit can completely change your pumping experience — helping with comfort, efficiency, and output. 💛

Here’s what to know:
💧 If you’re between sizes, size down.
📏 Most parents actually need a smaller fl**ge than what comes standard with their pump.

Too-large fl**ges can pull in too much tissue, cause swelling, and make it harder for your pump to do its job effectively.

A comfortable, well-fitted fl**ge = better output, better comfort, and a calmer, happier pumping experience 🍼
