When babies are thriving at the breast or bottle, there are subtle signs we can notice—like alertness, contentment after feeds, and consistent wet diapers. You don’t need rigid schedules or timed feedings—tuning into your baby’s cues is what really matters. 💛

If you want to feel confident in responsive feeding and learn more about bottle, pumping, and formula feeding, my Milk Your Way virtual class on February 17th is the perfect preparation for your feeding journey. I’ll walk you through it step by step. 🍼✨

Preparing for birth today can feel overwhelming.
There is so much information online, so many opinions, and so much pressure to “do it right.”

What I see families needing most isn’t more noise — it’s calm, reassuring support. Someone to listen, to answer questions thoughtfully, and to help you understand your options so you can make empowered choices that feel right for your family.

As a registered nurse, I believe deeply in evidence-based care paired with empathy and connection. I love getting to know each family’s story and walking alongside them as they prepare to welcome their baby.

This Saturday, I’m hosting a local Birthing Workshop in Albany for expecting parents who want to feel informed, supported, and grounded heading into birth.

We’ll gather in a calm, welcoming space (with coffee, tea, and pastries), talk through what to expect, and create space for real questions and conversation.

✔ Plenty of space available
✔ FSA/HSA eligible
✔ Superbills provided

If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I would truly love to have you join us.

Ever notice how the second you leave your OB appointment, all the questions show up?
In the moment, it can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re not familiar with the terminology, policies, or procedures being discussed.

That’s exactly why I created a Prenatal Guide — a simple list you can review before your visit or bring with you to help guide your questions and support you in advocating for yourself with confidence.

And if you’re ready to go deeper, registration is open for my upcoming RN-led Prenatal Birth Prep Class.
This is education that prepares you for birth and the fourth trimester.

In the moment, it’s hard to know what to ask—especially when unfamiliar terms come up. That’s why I created a FREE Prenatal Guide ✨
It covers common things that may come up during OB or midwife appointments so you can feel more confident, informed, and empowered in your care.

👉 Download it FREE through the link in my bio and it’ll be sent straight to your email.

You deserve to understand what’s happening in your body. 🤍

Sometimes we can overthink keeping our babies comfortable. It really can be simple 🤍
Check in with your baby — their chest or upper back under the onesie is the best place to feel their warmth. Little hands are usually cool, so they’re not always the best guide. Trust your instincts, stay connected, and take it one moment at a time.

This work is rooted in evidence — and guided by listening 🤍
As a registered nurse and business owner, I care deeply about science and best practice. But what matters just as much to me is how parents are feeling in the middle of their challenges.
That’s why I support families through early parenting challenges like feeding, sleep, and building safety skills — by meeting you where you are and creating thoughtful, realistic plans that fit your family.
If you’re navigating something challenging and want support, you’re welcome to explore my services or schedule a free call through the link provided. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
