Yesterday's accountability. I didnt log my food but I will get back to that today. We did a deep clean of the house and did a bit of yardwork and were so busy we both forgot to eat lunch. I feel certain I was okay eating. Hubby made a delicious roast beef with mashed potatoes and corn for dinner. No walks per se but I did get a lot of movement in, just not in step form lol

Finally back at it! Been a rough few weeks! Happy March everyone!

Taking a bit of a step back the last few days. I think I needed this time to recharge a bit. Back to normal schedules tomorrow though! Hope you all are doing well!

Yesterday's accountability. Not many steps but we worked our butts off yesterday cleaning out the pool of dirt and grime and the old liner. Next step will be repairing the sides and replacing the vinyl. Making progress slowly but surely!

A good day step wise yesterday but went way over on eating. Today will be better! Happy Friday everyone!
