I’m lucky enough to be on a dream come true vacation to the UK. 🇬🇧

Good morning! ☀️

I would like to reintroduce myself and my business.

I am Rachel Renae Thompson. I have been a massage therapist in Albert Lea, located at Lush Beauty Lounge, for the past five years. I have specialized training in areas such as Barefoot Massage, CST, and hot stone therapy.

Continuing education has been one of my top priorities since opening five years ago as “R&R Massage and Bodywork.” The desire to learn and master my favorite modalities to their advanced levels has provided me with a unique and diverse “set of tools.” I plan to delve deep into each of my specialties and educate my clients and the community on each of these practices and how they may be applied to your bodywork session.

Having this passion for learning has also led me down energetic healing and metaphysical paths. I am a Reiki Master; I have fully trained in craniosacral therapy. I have been practicing these two energetic healing practices for a few years. In the past three years I have offered Akashic Readings and continue to take advanced classes in reading the Akashic Records.

I am also a QHHT (Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique) intern. This is a past life regression technique created by (and taught) by the late Delores Cannon.

I wanted to update and rebrand my business to reflect on all the new and exciting services I offer. To encompass the work I am doing body to soul.

Five years ago, Lush Beauty Lounge opened its doors with a dream: to create a space where beauty, care, and connection could flourish. But on a deeper level, my main goal was to create a space where women could be their own boss and build a life of self-sufficiency — so that if they ever found themselves in a situation like I once was, they would have the means to save themselves. 🩷

Today, we celebrate not just the milestone, but the people who made it possible. To our incredible clients — thank you for trusting us with your beauty, your time, and your hearts. You’ve welcomed us into your lives, and your support has carried us through these five amazing years. 🩷
