🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Big shoutout to Ryan and his girlfriend for crushing it at the City of Lakes Sprint Triathlon this weekend!

Ryan crossed the finish line with a time of 1:35:01, taking 3rd place in his age group 💪🔥. His girlfriend also powered through the swim, bike, and run like a champ, proving they’re both a serious power couple!

Please join us in congratulating Lisa Peterkin, PT, DPT on her 5-year anniversary and Cody Pisz, PT, DPT on his 1-year anniversary with the Langford team! 🙌

Lisa brings an incredible depth of knowledge and compassion to our clinic. With advanced training in dry needling, manual therapy, and sports rehab, she’s known for her thorough, individualized approach to care. For the past 5 years, Lisa has been a cornerstone of Langford, dedicated to helping her patients thrive and always ready to support her team.

Cody joined us one year ago and hit the ground running. With his background in orthopedic and sports rehab, he brings a strong clinical skillset and a calm, thoughtful energy to every session. His patients value his ability to explain the “why” behind each movement and his commitment to getting them back to doing what they love.

We’re so lucky to have both of these amazing clinicians on our team. Here’s to many more years of learning, growing, and helping our community feel their best!

True (in many cases! ✅) If your headaches stem from neck, shoulder, or upper back tension—often from poor posture or an accident—PT can help relieve pain, strengthen weak muscles, and improve posture.
