New Mexico restaurants are coming together to help those affected by losing their SNAP benefits. Use this map to find places to receive meals, also, to know which businesses we should support if able.

We have updated our map of New Mexico businesses and restaurants helping people during the SNAP uncertainty to also include details on food pantries and food banks throughout the state. ⤵ Link in comments for the full map and details.

Good News!

Julie has decided to continue the Yin Yoga Classes for now!

The next dates are:
Sunday, October 19th at 12
Friday, November 14th at 12

She is also offering an Autumn Special of an Oracle card reading and a Crystal Reiki session for $88 (plus tax)

Side note: If you come to the Yoga, please bring your own mat, all other bolsters and blankets will be provided by Julie.

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a miracle worker, and you can’t tell me any different! Pelvic floor care is soooooooooo much more than kegels!

You can get help for some many issues that you were probably told there was nothing that could be done! If you are curious about something you are going through and if PFPT could help, let me know!

Who is Julie and what does she have to do with Yoga?

I know I have tried to offer yoga classes in the past, but I wasn't able to keep it consistent.

Enter Julie!

She is a Yin Yoga teacher (amongst other things), and she wants to try out teaching in my little space. We are starting with two classes and then we will see how they go.

Just because there’s nothing you can do for your patient, doesn’t mean there’s nothing anyone can do. This video is a brief breakdown of allopathic medicine which has only been around for about 200-300 years in its current form. I hope you come back for the rest of the series about different providers that could improve your quality of life.

Good news and more news 😃

You may or may not know, but I accepted a position to become a Massage Therapy Instructor at Carrington College. While this is a super exciting new step for me, it means that I will need to change my opening hours. The class is in the evenings. I know this makes appointments a little difficult for some people. I apologize for this inconvenience and in an attempt to make up some of the hours lost, I will now be open Sundays!

The new schedule is as follows:
Monday : Closed
Tuesday : Closed
Wednesday : 10am - 3pm
Thursday : 10am - 3pm
Friday : 10am - 6pm
Saturday : 10am - 6pm
Sunday : 10am - 6pm

Thank you for your patience during this transition. Those whose current appointments that are affected, have been contacted. Everyone else is already within the new hours.
