Quick and dirty 1 pan post workout meal:
• 100g chicken breast
• 4 oz sweet potato
• 1/4 cup black beans
• 1/4 cup rice (uncooked- 1/2 cup cooked)
• liquid aminos (or soy sauce but I can’t have soy sauce Bc gluten allergy)
•garlic powder
•onion powder
•cayenne
Boom. Approx 500 calories
It ain’t aesthetic but it’s good. Good source of carbs and protein to replenish your muscles after a lift
