86% of Americans report drinking at some point in their lifetime. So, what are the low risk drinking recommendations?

People assigned female at birth are recommended to have no more than 3 drinks per day or 7 drinks per week.

People assigned male at birth are recommended to have no more than 4 drinks per day or 14 drinks per week.

Sticking to these limits will reduce risk of accidents and negative consequences from alcohol use.
