I was recently smacked down by Source - hard!

I allowed my ego to lead, yet again - convincing myself I was acting in and for my highest.

I ignored my intuition, all of the signs, and didn’t trust my knowing deep in my gut.

I’m tired of looping, taking detours, and speeding down my path at 90 miles an hour even over the speed bumps.

I’m exhausted - mind, body, and spirit.

I’m finally heeding the call to get back to the basics of caring for myself and simply BEing.

The rest will come in Divine timing.

~ HD Pro Tip re Guideposts ~

Over the past year, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting, releasing, and clearing, and have realized just how far I had veered off my path.

I decided I’m going to trust my gut and dig deeper into how I’m uniquely wired to get back into alignment.

Keep reading for the first of many pro tips to support us all in finding more flow and ease in life on the daily...

Whatever do I mean?
I’m what is called a generator in human design. When I’m snatching at life, going after things that aren’t coming easily to me, or I’m not trusting my gut I become so FRUSTRATED - and have likely frustrated the heck out of folks around me!

Have you been feeling frustrated, bitter, angry, or disappointed?
Those are the four human design low-vibe guideposts letting us know something is off.

Let’s flip that around and get you feeling satisfied, successful, at peace, or pleasantly surprised...

Our high-vibe signs that we are in alignment and doing things congruent with how we are wired as individuals.

How do you realign?

First, make sure you are using your precious resource of energy in ways that work best for your human design energy type. For me as a generator, that’s ensuring that whatever the thing is lights me up.

Second, follow your manifestation strategy. For me, that’s responding to the world around me rather than trying to make things happen through brute force.

Third, lock in on your decision-making authority. For me, this is trusting my gut and not trying to talk myself out of or logic through a choice.

Are you low-vibin’ or high-vibin’?
A super simple exercise to shift your energy into a higher gear is to use mantras or affirmations. I like to make these declarations.

You can use these as journal prompts, repeat in meditation, sing to yourself when walking or showering - use in whatever way feels aligned for you.

My sassy higher self has told me more than once to “mind my business” - what others think or believe about me has nothing to do with me! That’s there *ish!!!
