If you’re looking for something other than eggs and egg whites for a high protein breakfast, give this sandwich a try. I used a toasted bagel thin, two pieces of “Never Any Brand” bacon, some lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, a laughing, cow cheese wedge – herb, flavored, some diced green onion, half of a small avocado, a sprinkle of Nothing But The Bagel Seasoning, and I added a scoop of Optimum Nutrition’s whey protein mixed with water on the side just to boost the protein.
