CANCELLATION
Barbee Lash requires 24 hours notice prior to a cancellation. After three (3) occurrences of failure to give 24 hours notice, all future appointments will need to be reserved with a credit card. From that time forward, any appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours will result in a fee of half the amount of the service scheduled.If any Full Set appointment is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours of the original appointment time, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The cancellation fee for a Full Set appointment is half the amount of the scheduled service.
FULL SET
Barbee Lash requires all Full Set appointments to be reserved with a credit card, including appointments made online or through the Barbee Lash Mobile App. Any Full Set appointment that is not secured with a credit card at least 24 hours before the reserved appointment time will be cancelled. If you have scheduled an appointment online or through the Barbee Lash app, you will receive a call from Barbee Lash in order to complete the scheduling process with a credit card. If any Full Set appointment is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours of the original appointment time, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
