AVAILABLE POSITIONS (Still Open):
• Systems & Sustainability Manager
Builds and organizes the systems that keep the organization running smoothly—SOPs, tracking, and structure so leadership isn’t the bottleneck.
• Fund Development & Grant Coordinator
Secures and manages funding—writing grants, tracking outcomes, and ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.
• Employer & Community Partnership Developer
Turns relationships into real opportunities—building pipelines with employers, internships, and workforce placements.
• Participant Success & Case Coordination Lead
Makes sure no client falls through the cracks—managing intake, follow-ups, and removing barriers to success.
• Communications & Data Reporting Coordinator
Tells the story and proves the impact—tracking data, creating reports, and aligning messaging across platforms.

You will directly serve justice-involved individuals and families through employment, housing, and reintegration.
