💛 It’s National Su***de Prevention Week — a time to raise awareness, break the stigma, and remind one another that help and hope are always within reach. One of the most powerful ways to prevent su***de is by starting the conversation. Talking openly about mental health doesn’t increase risk — it saves lives. 💬
Here are 3 ways you can support someone who may be struggling:
1️⃣ Listen without judgment. Sometimes, being heard makes all the difference.
2️⃣ Ask directly if they’re okay. Showing you care can open the door to hope.
3️⃣ Encourage professional support. Offer to help them connect with a counselor, trusted adult, or resources.
