Wisdom from Sarah Blondin's book, Heart Minded (one of my faves), reminding us that when negative thoughts & fears arise, we can flip them to remember that we are loved, we are enough, and we are worthy. πŸ’™

I am afraid I will not be loved. --> I am love. It is never lacking or able to be stolen from me.

I am afraid I will be abandoned, that I am not good enough, that they will steal my love from me. I fear life. I am afraid that life is not kind. That if I do not fight, I will become a victim to great harm. That I will never mend. That once damage has been done, I will not be able to be repaired. --> I am good enough. I trust life. Life is kind. There is no pain too great not to be fed by my love and kindness.

πŸ“–βœ¨πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ What an incredible book that I found at Yoga Edge. Just when you think you know all things breathwork/mindfulness/life, you stumble on beautiful wisdom that you hadn't previously considered. I love being surprised when learning about ancient practices.

πŸ’― "Today, Western medical and scientific studies are proving again and again what the Eastern health traditions have known for centuries: when we breathe well, we create the optimum conditions for health and well-being. And when we don't, we lay the foundation for illnesses such as heart disease and high blood pressure. The ancients would roll their eyes that it has taken us this long to see the obvious. 🫠 Breathwork has transformed my life in so many ways. A year ago stuck in bed with long covid & POTS syndrome, I thought my life was over. Through breathwork & other ancient modalities, I refound my vitality, my life force, my breath.
