SOME CLIENT WINS PART 1!!

I need to share these more because my clients are straight CRUSHING it right now!!! And HAVE BEEN all summer long! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

Which says A LOT because besides the holidays, summer is typically the HARDEST time to SET and GO AFTER their GOALS with SO many temptations (margaritas, travel, kids being out of school, weddings, margaritas, etc.)

I’m beyond proud of these incredible women for their effort, focus and drive to stay true to their long term vision!

“Summers throw me off” then its “the holidays are so tough” and after that its “work is really busy this time of year”…

but here’s the deal; no one said you had to do ALL OR NOTHING…

because with that all or nothing approach, you basically need perfect conditions:

low work load, no travel, zero family obligations, and no distractions.

But from what I hear, and what I’ve seen…

That’s completely unrealistic.

So instead of waiting for circumstances that you can’t control to go the way you want…

Why not start with the small things you can control?

✔️ what you eat and how much
✔️ picking 3 days a week you can do 30 minutes of exercise
✔️ going to bed 15 minutes earlier
✔️ pre making the meals you tend to skip because you’re busy
✔️ reading instead of scrolling

If you’re waiting for summer, vacations, work to all “slowwww down” just remember…

🤯 My clients goal was to look and feel her best, while toning up and get wedding ready. Jen’s wedding isn’t until October, but I’d say she definitely nailed it when it comes to hitting her goals! So what did she do to achieve this???

⚡️ She’s worked out consistently 3x a week, prioritized protein and eats about 2000 calories a day (I call her the protein queen). She works full time (hair stylist), walks her puppy and still enjoys her favorite foods and occasionally enjoys a cocktail or two on the weekends. She hasn’t sacrificed her personal or social life to hit her goals! 💪🏼

Notice how I didn’t say, she worked out for 6 hours a week, only ate salads, and did tons of cardio?

🫶🏼 I LOVE getting texts from her (last slide) because she’s so dang positive! She’s seeing results and has been patient with the process. This is WHY taking photos is NECESSARY!!!! Sometimes the scale won’t move but you will see incredible physical changes!

Thats a WIN WIN in my book!! BRAVO Jen! Im beyond proud, inspired and grateful for you! 🥹😘

Anyway, I wanted to share something I’ve ONLY shared on my IG stories so far… 🤫

I’m currently making some finishing touches on a VERY SPECIFIC program for women who have been:

💥 struggling with losing the last 10-25lbs of stubborn fat
💥 feel absolutely burnt out from restrictive methods of weight loss
