I have this picture on my wall in my gym and I love it.... but my clients always make remarks about not loving kettlebell and point at the sign and say it doesn’t make them happy. Well, I saw this in a post today and think I need this in a sign too (second picture )

I don’t know why I keep forgetting this - but maybe you forget too... if we want to change - meaning get healthier - lose weight - have more energy, etc. We have to change something for the better. If we keep doing the same thing - we will get the same results. Pick something - anything and change it.

Need an at home workout? Veit and I just finished an old bootcamp workout of mine - we call it the dice game, but today we just 2 rounds of each paper - 1 minute cardio, 1 min strength! I am fully sopping wet with sweat - it was a great workout - not all is body weight, but a lot is if you don’t have any equipment, you can use paper plates or socks or towels for gliders. We ran and jumped rope outside, but you could do high knees inside if you are morally opposed to sunshine and fresh air 😘
