My prayer is that this book will be a companion in yours or your loved one's journey of loss, pain, healing and hope. Please know that if you will let Him, God binds up the brokenhearted, comforts all who mourn, and provides for all who grieve. He wants to do this for you. Let Him give you a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of despair. Losing a child in miscarriage is painful, but that pain is a sign of God's truth: these were children, not ‘blobs of tissue,’” states the author. “Precious children lost through miscarriage and stillbirths are not less significant than the lives we fight to save in the Pro-Life Movement as believers. My hope and prayer is that parents will grieve, but “not as those who have no hope.” With full assurance I can say, one day we will see them again. Know that one day your pain will be less intense, but the memory of your child never has to be less significant. I give you permission to be forever changed, to choose to be better, not bitter, and to ultimately heal.
