The holiday season is officially here!! We thought it would be fun to do a “Holiday Hacks” series with our doctors. Up first - Travel hacks. ✈️ And who better to speak on this but the world traveler herself, Dr. Chloe!
🚘1. Lumbar Support for the car or for your seat on the plane
🙆🏼♀️2. Stretch Breaks - Aim for every hour whether you’re in the car or on a plane
🧳3. Luggage - Lift that 50 pound bag (and not an ounce over 😉) with those KNEES to avoid a back ache your entire trip.
💦4. Stay Hydrated - Aim for half your body weight in ounces per day to avoid fatigue and sickness.
🦠5. Sanitize!!! It’s sick season and people leave their germs everywhere, especially in poorly ventilated spaces. 🥴
🩰🦶🏻Bonus hack for our pregnant mamas - Wiggle your toes every 15-30 minutes while sitting to keep blood flow and circulation moving!
